grace had explored franklin, tn several times but never really had the opportunity
to explore nashville so when we headed north after the wedding in
alabama, we stayed overnight with some of my dear
friends and went galavanting around town!
we covered a heckofalot of ground in just one day's time
and i think she got a good feel for the city… from touristy music row to
pinewood social and red bicycle coffee & crepes were some
of our favorite eats and we explored the old marathon motor works building for good measure.
it was so funny watching all the country music tourists walk into antique archaeology
(the store owned by mike wolf of american pickers), admire the 100 yr old boots
that cost $3,200 and walk out with a t-shirt & post-card.
there's always something new to discover in nashville and i love it.
i just hope it always keeps it's small town, southern culture as it grows:)
AH. love it! looks like an absolute blast. xo
