Bullet Points

I just ordered loads of tea from Upton Tea Imports and Harney and Sons!! I am so excited cause I've needed to do this for months since we ran out of good teas but other things kept popping up and taking priority. Can't wait to try some new ones and love on the old favorites again! {and if I was thinking, I would have had them delivered to my aunts since they'll come while we're gone} After the laptop crashing twice since the photoshoot almost 4 weeks ago, I'm about to write the CD & get Kathleen & JM's photos in the mail to them!! {usually it takes me 2, at the most 3, weeks to edit & mail a shoot} I have a whole lotta posts full of inspiration and photos that I want to pull together but they might have to wait another week or two. Things have been crazy recently! God has blessed me with means to purchase a much needed MacBook much sooner than I originally thought and I am *so* excited! Strawberry Pretzel Salad

So many people loved the Strawberry Pretzel Salad served at the grad party this weekend and asked for the recipe so I'll just post it here to make it easily accessible!! Strawberry Pretzel Salad Bottom layer: 2 Cups crushed pretzels 3/4 cup melted butter 1 Tablespoon sugar Mix the three ingredients and then spread into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Middle layer: 8 oz. Cream Cheese 8oz. Whipped Topping 1 Cup of sugar Whip these three ingredients together. When the pan is completely cooled (chilling in the fridge speeds this process up!) spread the mixture on top of the pretzels. Important!: Make sure that it spreads from edge to edge completely so that no jello can leak through to the pretzels!! Top layer: 6 oz. package of Strawberry Jello (large box) 2 10 oz. packages of frozen strawberries Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water and add frozen strawberries, stirring to mix.
