Gluntz Family Olympics 2012

I remember how so many times as we were growing up, people would stop us in public & commenting on how many chillens we had. Most often, those comments were followed by, "y'all have enough players for a ________ team!" {insert: basketball, football, soccer...}
Well we never did form our own basketball team but whatdya know? We ended up with enough kids to hold our own olympics!
We were on vacation as the summer olympics were wrapping up this year and so daddy & some of the chillens decided put together the first ever Gluntz Family Olympics! Our events were completely random based on the competition materials we had available to us & we all competed individually- no teams. To make it a bit more fair, Ellyn, Benj & I competed against one another & the younger 5 competed against each other. In the end though, none of us really cared about the competition as much as we did about teasing one another & it turned out to be great fun!

Thanks to Mama for documenting this wonderful event!
Benjamin teaching me how to give a man hug... because we all know that's a valuable life lesson right there! haha
