As the first of our family trips for the summer, we headed over to Ohio for a whole bunch of family time!
Starting off with a family reunion full of laughter, face painting, see-sawing and yummy food on a very chilly June day!!
Some of the girls after church on Sunday... {and I have no idea what that random photo of blueberries is doing there!}
Mama
Lots of time spent by Lake Erie playing in the sand, watching sunsets (and sunrises), scavenging for beach glass... and a special big band concert one night!!! Yess!
3 birthday celebrations {3 different generations too!)!! Grandpa turned 80, Uncle Barry-46 and Daniel-4.
Aunt Laura and Grandpa
We created projects, grilled out several times, watched fireworks/played with sparklers and of course ate scrumptious Mitchell's ice cream! {You can't go to Rocky River and not stop there!!}
{and not pictured: sunrise bike rides along Lake Erie every morning with my Aunt Laura, golfing for the guys, swimming at Granny's, delish food {this side of the family likes *good* food} and so many great memories!}
Grandma & Grandpa and 17 of their 24 grandchillens {plus Eric, a second cousin and their FIRST great grandbaby who is due in October!}
A reunion/retreat for my parent's college and career class rounded out this trip:)
