We spent Thanksgiving with this family, the Whittens, and then I headed back out to their home the next day for their family session. You might recognize Nick, the oldest, from when I did his Senior pictures earlier this year-- and the rest of the family is just as photogenic:)
It was one of the sunniest days of November! Not a cloud in sight! And at this time of year, that means *very* little shade to work with since all of the trees have lost their leaves.
But thanks to huge tree trunks, their barn {they own a small ranch & are really into rodeo/calf roping} and gorgeous, well lit home we were able to get some winners:)
Here's to big family pictures! 'Cause yeah it can be crazy trying to get a good image of everyone at once but it's so worth it in the end!
making use of what little shade we could find for this great looking family!
lovin' on the barn kitties
lots of Mr. Handsomes!

such gorgeous lighting in their home!
